Everyone in this industry says "qualified."

Almost nobody will write down what it means before they invoice you. Here's ours, in writing, before you pay us anything.
  1. 01

    ICP fit

Industry, size and geography match what you approved in writing before we dialled.

  2. 02

    Authority

The person has buying authority or direct influence on the decision — not a polite dead-end.

  3. 03

    Genuine interest

They signalled real interest in a conversation about the problem — not a courtesy callback.

  4. 04

    A problem you solve

There is a problem in their world that your product can actually address.

  5. 05

    Scheduled and confirmed

On the calendar, confirmed, with enough context for your AE to run the meeting.

  6. 06

    They showed up

Attendance is part of the standard. No-shows are replaced — they are not invoiced as wins.

The remedy

Doesn't meet the standard? It doesn't count and we replace it.

No-show gets replaced. Disputed calls are adjudicated on the recording inside 48 hours. If it fails, it isn't invoiced.

Evidence

Recording + English transcript on every invoiced meeting.

Rubric scores attach to the meeting. You dispute in one click. AE review exists so quality doesn't depend on trust alone.
