Questions vendors dodge.

Our answers, including the ones that don't flatter us.

Have you actually run campaigns in my market?

Sometimes no. We're live in 28 markets today — Europe plus the US, Canada and Australia — and we can open most others in three to five weeks. If you'd be the first client in a market, I'll say so on the call, I'll show you the rep we've sourced before you commit anything, and I'll price it accordingly. What I won't do is imply we have a German case study when we don't. You'd find out in month two, and you'd be right to fire us.

What percentage of your meetings do clients reject?

We're not publishing a rejection or acceptance rate on the site until we have a clean quarter we're willing to put our name on. On the call I'll tell you what we're seeing. I won't invent a number for the homepage.

Who is actually making the calls — employees or contractors?

Contractors. Every rep is a native speaker in the market, vetted, and has to pass a recorded mock call before they touch your list.

What happens if you can't hire a rep for my market in time?

We tell you before you pay for that market. We do not pretend a market is live when it isn't. Lead times are on the coverage grid, market by market.

Have you ever damaged a client's reputation in a market?

No. We have brutal honesty — that means we figure out some deals aren't to be made. We've never hurt anyone's reputation.

Who owns the data and the recordings when we stop working together?

You do. Recordings, transcripts, and list artefacts produced for your campaigns remain yours. We retain what the DPA requires and delete the rest on the schedule we publish.

What's the smallest deal size where this stops making sense?

When the unit economics don't work for your ACV and market mix. I won't publish a hard floor on the site — I'll tell you on the call if you're better off hiring, waiting, or walking away.

Why shouldn't I just hire someone locally?

Sometimes you should. If you're going to commit to one market for the next three years and you have a sales leader in that timezone who can manage, coach and replace an SDR, hire. You'll get more control and it's cheaper at high volume. Use us when you're testing four markets and don't yet know which two deserve a headcount — or when you need pipeline in ten weeks and hiring takes seven months.

Why shouldn't I just use an AI SDR for a tenth of the price?

If your market allows cold email in English and your buyers respond to it, try. Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland and Austria will teach you otherwise — often via a lawyer's letter. AI does not hold a presumed-consent file, sit a mock call in Finnish, or scrub the Italian RPO every 15 to 30 days.

What do you do that I couldn't do myself with Clay and a phone?

You can build the list. The hard part is native execution, per-market legal ops, QA in English, and replacing meetings that don't meet the standard — every month, across the markets you actually want. Clay does not staff a Danish SDR.

What's the catch?

We're not for everyone, and everyone is not for us.
